How Much Does Aircraft Detailing Cost?
What actually drives the price, with real pricing by category — and why a full detail is quoted individually.
The short answer: it depends mainly on aircraft category, and whether you're booking a routine wash or a full interior and exterior detail. Below are our actual published rates for a single engine and body wash, and for the 3-month membership — the two services we can price as a flat rate. A full detail is quoted individually, for reasons we explain below.

Why a full detail isn't a flat rate
A wash is a repeatable, defined job, which is why we can quote it as a flat rate by category. A full interior and exterior detail is not — the amount of oxidation removal and polish an exterior needs, and how deep an interior clean has to go, both depend heavily on how long it's been since the last detail and how the aircraft has been stored. Two aircraft in the same category can need very different amounts of work.
What changes the price within a category
- Aircraft size and layout within the category
- Current condition — oxidation level, interior wear, time since last detail
- Interior scope requested — carpet and upholstery, leather conditioning, lavatory
- Exterior scope requested — polish, ceramic sealant, belly and leading-edge work
- Location and site access
Questions, Answered.
Why isn't there a fixed price for a full interior + exterior detail?+
Full details vary too much by condition and scope to quote as a flat rate — an aircraft that's been sitting outside for a year needs more oxidation work than one on a regular wash schedule. We quote full details individually after a quick conversation about the aircraft.
Is the membership cheaper than booking washes one at a time?+
Yes — the 3-month, six-visit membership is billed once and works out to a lower per-visit rate than booking each wash separately.
Does location affect the price?+
It can — travel distance and site access (hangar vs. ramp, water and power availability) can factor into a quote alongside aircraft type, size, and condition.
